The official onion address

Copy it exactly — 56 characters before the .onion — and open it in the Tor Browser. Verified November 2, 2026, and shared by every site in our directory family. If a page presents a different string as "the official WTN onion", it is either out of date or hostile.

Why an onion address is better than a domain name

A normal domain is protected by certificates issued by authorities — and compromised by whoever controls DNS. A v3 onion address has no such middlemen:

• The address is the public key. The 56 characters are the base32 encoding of the service's Ed25519 key. To serve traffic on that address you need the matching private key, held only by the market.
• Impersonation is cryptographically impossible. A phisher can register wtnmarket-lookalike.com; they cannot register an onion address one character off by accident. A typo just fails to connect.
• The connection is anonymous by default. Three encrypted hops on each side. The market learns nothing about your location; your ISP learns nothing about your destination.

2. Open the onion address and log in once. Confirm your account data appears — balance, orders, messages. A phishing clone would show an empty account.
